I completed my initial medical degree (MBChB) at Otago University and all of my Anaesthetic training in various Auckland hospitals. I worked at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge, England for a year after completing my training in 2004 and on my return have worked as a Specialist Anaesthetist at both Auckland City and Middlemore Hospitals.
I am an Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer at the Department of Anaesthesiology at Auckland University and have an interest in Patient Safety, Day Stay Anaesthesia and Local Anaesthetics.
